Gymnasium Leoninum, Handrup

Gymnasium Leoninum is located in the southwest of Lower Saxony, Germany, in a rural region called “Emsland” and has a direct connection to the monastery. Three priests of the Sacred Heart of Jesus work at our school. We serve about 1,300 students at the ages from 10 to 19 (yesr 5 to 13), taught by approximately 100 teachers. In 2023 we’re going to celebrate our 100^th anniversary and are looking forward to organizing a youth camp for our partner schools from all over the world.
