On the 4th February 2020 in Aliwal SCJ Monastery, the South African Province celebrated Mass for the inauguration of new RSA-SCJ Provincial administration. Fr. Bernard T. Sompane (out-going Provincial Superior) was the main celebrant. Fr K. Grzelak, the new RSA Provincial Superior, was joined at the altar by his councillors Fr(s): P. Surdel (first councillor); N. Bambatha (second councillor); Z. Koscielny (third councillor). It was indeed a joyful celebration and in attendance was Bp. Adam Musialek SCJ (Bishop of De Aar); Bp. Elect Fr. Joseph Maria Kizito (Aliwal Diocese); all SCJ priests of the province; SCJ scholastics; Holy Cross and Sacred Heart Sisters and local clergy. After the Mass, all continued with the festivities by having dinner at Sacred Heart Cathedral Hall.
