The Holy Father has accepted the resignation from the pastoral care of the diocese of Neuquén, Argentina, presented by His Excellency Rev. Msgr. Virginio Domingo Bressanelli, SCJ.

The Pope has appointed as bishop of Neuquén, Argentina, Msgr. Fernando Martín Croxatto, titular bishop of Fissiana and auxiliary of Comodoro Rivadavia.
