Meeting of the Dehonian Family. Rome, December 9-12, 2023
From Saturday, December 9 to Tuesday, December 12, the International Coordination of the Dehonian Family met in Rome. This group consists of Father Ramón Dominguez, Father Artur Sanecki, Father Charles Aimé Koudjou, Father Vincent Herimanto (representatives of the SCJ Congregation), Mariolina Lambo (representative of the Institutes of Consecrated Life), Grace Escobia and Vicente Bruno Cavalcanti (representatives of the Dehonian Laity).
The group reflected on some topics, such as the current status of the coordination group, reflection on the coordination service, sharing and presentation on the Dehonian Family in the continents, current evaluation of the groups; they were also able to reflect and make suggestions on the Letter of Communion and the Dehonian Family as a charismatic family.
The group also met with the Superior General, Father Carlos Luis Suarez and his council reflecting on several points: description of the path made by the coordination since the constitution of the new group; presentation on the several important events of the Dehonian Family, and how to think about the Dehonian Family today.
These were days of exchange, dialogue, fraternity and sharing life.
